We’re thrilled to announce that we’re issuing payments every week starting this Friday! Here’s what you need to know:
Who can redeem?
Cash payments are ONLY available in the United States and Puerto Rico.
How much can I redeem?
Once you reach $15 USD/1,500 points, you can exchange them for cash through PayPal. Make sure your PayPal account is connected in the app.
If you’ve been around for a while, you should know we also removed a previous restriction, which was that you could only redeem 50% of your points at a time. That’s out. You can now redeem 100% of your points so long as you have the $15 USD /1,500 point minimum. Note: you can only redeem $15 USD at a time.
When can I expect my payment?
BIGtoken is issuing payments every Friday. The deadline to redeem your points if you want to get paid that Friday, would be Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. PT. If you redeem your points after Thursday at 12:00 p.m. PT, your payment will be issued the following Friday.
How do I get my payment?
Your payment will be issued to the PayPal account. Make sure your PayPal account is connected in the app.
